  • Accountability: Find trusted individuals or groups to share your struggles with for encouragement and integrity.
  • Focus on Purpose: Live out a larger purpose and channel energy into meaningful activities.

  • Unselfishness: Focus on serving others to diminish personal desires.
  • Patience & Persistence: Recognize it's a lifelong process, not a quick fix; consistency is key.
  • Seek Help: Don't fight alone; find wise counsel or join support groups.
