How to do it (Step-by-Step)
  1. Warm Oil: Slightly warm a few drops of oil (lukewarm, not hot).
  2. Lie Down: Relax on your back.
  3. Apply Oil: Place 3-5 drops directly in the navel.
  4. Massage: Gently massage the area in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Let it Absorb: Leave it on or wipe excess after 30-60 mins.
