In Past Father was Responsible for establishing a forum called LEAF (Leading Employment Assistance Forum) under the aegis of ONGC, to assist and guide SC/ST youth, with over 10,000 members, guiding them to secure gainful employment.  The forum has secured many landmarks within a short span and is a pioneer in serving the weaker section of the society.
